1. Acceptance
By signing up for or using Snap you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Snap provides AI-generated learning courses and related tooling on a subscription and per-course basis. Features and pricing tiers are described at checkout and may change with notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are for individuals; do not share credentials.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service, and do not use it to generate unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on Snap servers. Refunds follow the policy shown at purchase.
6. Your data & privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, including your GDPR rights (access, export, and erasure). You can export your data or delete your account from your account settings.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version and its effective date are shown above. Material changes will be communicated and may require re-acceptance.
